The “Opplyst” survey

This annual survey is the result from a longer user-oriented research phase, executed by another designer and me. The results from the survey is gathered in an “opplyst” index, reflecting how well-informed the members of Statens pensjonskasse are when making choices concerning their pension. Today, this index is used as a metric within the product area to indicate how the new pension services are performing in relation to strategic goals.
